Does the deck match the record?

Before the partner meeting: upload the inbound deck and pick the company. Every claim a public register can test (when it was founded, how many founders, “no debt”, money raised, grants, trial phase, patents, filings) is checked against Companies House, the life-sciences registers and the EPOchecked against Companies House and the life-sciences registers, with the slide and the exact quote beside eachapos;s patent data, with the slide and the exact quote beside each result.

Claude reads the deck; our rules judge each claim. It audits facts, never the pitch: market size, product and traction are not on any register, so they are not scored. Founders can run their own deck through it before sending it out. For the register on its own, use the Companies House check.

1. The deck

The file stays on your computer: its text is read here, in your browser, and only the text is sent on, to our server and to Anthropic's Claude, to list the claims. Nothing is stored.

No PDF? Paste the deck's text instead

2. The company

Pin it on Companies House so the claims are checked against the right register entry.

3. Scan

Free. Takes about half a minute.

Choose a PDF or paste the text first.

Not investment or legal advice. The deck's text is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to list its claims and is not stored by us or used to train models under Anthropic's commercial terms. Nothing from the register names an individual: people are compared as counts, never named. Companies House can lag real filings by days or weeks.
